I have coached competition groups, clubs, private sessions and technique courses for 14 years. All ages and all abilities.

Make sure you fill out as much background and context in the email as possible so I can personalise your session(s) to your needs and wishes!

My rate for sessions is fixed per hour and can be split with up to 8 people - i.e. it will be the same for a 1:1 as an 8:1. - however groups of 5 or over need to book for 1.5 hours as a minimum.
