A challenging but above all fun group class for your general and climbing specific fitness. They are designed for all abilities and fitness levels to train in a safe and encouraging environment.
I will go in depth into different ways of training so you can understand how and why to train in different ways. This is perfect for learning new exercises and safe form, getting to know your strengths and weaknesses and progressing over multiple weeks with detailed guidance.
For this fall you will be able to buy a pass for the whole term (12 weeks) so you are guaranteed a spot for all the classes! This will also be much cheaper than coming to individual classes and space for single entries will be extremely limited to keep the group cohesion and dynamics consistent for the term.
I will draw inspiration from your suggestions this summer to construct a semi-personalised fall program to challenge you and develop the group.
Entrance to Moumo is free on the days of the classes.
